We provide our associations with the previous months financials, including a unique summary analysis, within the first 10 days of each month in order to facilitate a current and timely understanding of the financial status of the community.
We provide complete financial reporting to the board monthly. Those reports include Income and Expense reports, General Ledger reports, A/R and A/P reporting, Bank reconciliations, Budget comparison, Trending reporting, Delinquency reports, and Reserve Reports. All of these reports are available at the board members convenience online through the Board Portal.
We use the most up to date, secure, web-based software system to ensure timely financials as well as convenient execution of financial goals and daily tasks. Our system allows for all board member tasks, such as approval of invoices, check signing, minutes approval and signing, etc. to be done digitally online at home or while away, as long as internet access is available.
