Rhonda Belous, V. President and Owner of WhiteStar Management has many years of experience in sales, technology, marketing, real estate sales and investments and management. She started her career with Prudential as a Systems Developer and later was a trader, responsible for trading mortgage-backed securities with various Wall Street firms. Rhonda had a very succesful 17 year career with Wells Fargo as a Regional Manager for various customer service locations and price desks throughout the Western U.S. It wasn't until later she found her true passion in outside real estate sales and marketing. Rhonda holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, a California Real Estate license, she is also a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM).

Irene Davis, Community/HOA Manager brings a wealth of property experience to WhiteStar Management, most notably a 20-year career at Hewlett Packard where she managed facilities, construction and real estate. Prior to that, she owned and operated a landscaping company in northern California. Irene holds a number of professional certificates in Project Management, a B.A in Economics and Spanish, an M.B.A, and she is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She has been in the homeowners association management field for more than eight (8) years.
There are several aspects Irene appreciates about being associated with WhiteStar Management: The company places a priority on personal and business ethics, it individualizes service for each client, and it is attentive to helping homeowners associations run their business effectively. Irene’s focus is on listening to the concerns expressed and identifying solutions promptly. She looks forward to resolving the variety of unique challenges that are presented each day.
Chris Bremseth, HOA Manager was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from the University of California, Irvine. Chris began his career at Investor's Business Daily in advertising and transitioned into sales until he found his true calling: property management and real estate. Prior to moving to Rancho Mirage in 2014, Chris worked for The Howard Hughes Corporation as part of the management team for Summerlin, an award winning master planned community in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this capacity, Chris dealt with homeowner association issues, budgets and property maintenance. As part of the WhiteStar team, Chris strives to create rapport and lasting relationships with our valued clients. It is Chris' goal to assist in growing the company as a leader in Community Association Management. Chris is an avid golfer and when not on the golf course, he can be found enjoying some beach time in San Diego or traveling with his wife and son.
Mike Rewald, Accounting Director joined WhiteStar in 2016, bringing twenty four years of accounting experience, predominantly in management roles with publicly-traded organizations. Although clearly a detailed operational debit-and-credit accounting guy, he cites corporate consolidations, systems integrations, and regulatory compliance such as Sarbanes-Oxley implementations and SEC Regulation AB audits among his more challenging career successes. Mike earned a BA in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton, and an MBA from San Diego State University. Despite being raised in Orange County, he's a passionate life-long, die-hard Chicago White Sox fan.
Tiffany Bilbrey, Property Manager has several years of experience in property management from the beginning steps of leasing apartments to managing properties. She began her career with Bell Partners Inc. in North Carolina as a leasing consultant where she was responsible for marketing, leasing, and eventually assisting in all aspects of property management. She moved to California in September of 2013 and joined the WhiteStar team in November 2013. She currently holds an Associate’s degree in History and is continuing her education at National University where she hopes to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is also pursuing additional certifications in the real estate field and hopes to earn her California real estate license before the end of the year. Tiffany works with our owners and residents on a daily basis, preparing properties for lease, responding and handling repair requests, obtaining bids for special projects, tenant screenings and background checks, lease signings and renewals, conducting onsite inspections, walk-throughs, move ins and move out and various other aspects of property management. Tiffany is truly devoted to customer service and is a wonderful asset to the WhiteStar team! She is enthusiastic, innovative and dedicated to protecting our owners financial investment.
Greg Kallmann, Property Manager and Realtor has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 27 years, working in the resort management and resort real estate divisions of Marriott International and Vacation Internationale. After graduating from Columbia College with a degree in hospitality management Greg successfully sold and managed developments in Mexico and Hawaii before settling in the Coachella Valley in 1994. Greg’s philosophy of providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction has created thousands of happy property owners over his career. “I work hard at understanding my client’s wants and needs, so that I can deliver the real estate solution that exceeds their expectations”. He holds a California Real Estate License and continues his education through the CAI, CAA, and CAR to further his knowledge in Real Estate sales and management.
Scott Smith, Property Manager and Realtor has been involved in many different aspects of the construction industry for over 35 years, working with both residential and commercial trades. He has owned a General Contracting business since 1993 and has maintained and managed residential properties for 25 years. Scott attended California State University at Hayward and San Jose State University. He holds a California General Contractor’s license, California Real Estate License and is a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM). Scott continues his education through the CAI, CAA, and CAR to further his knowledge in Real Estate sales and management.
Scott stays current with California building codes / regulations and is known amongst his peers for his quality workmanship, extensive knowledge, and on-time delivery of what he promises.
